Worst book I purchased in long time from Amazon. I am returning it. As a beginner that has been dabbling with Filemaker since 12, but have been digging as deeply as possible over the last year I have to say that this is a great shot sheet of quick, well-thought insights from an industry expert in a very easy to read manner. I have read a lot of FileMaker manuals and "How To" books.
What makes this book different is information on the proper way to use FileMaker. This book puts Filemaker features in a context. There is information on proper design. If you want to shorten the learning curve to a successful application this is the book you should buy. Brought to light concepts and strategies to use during the construction of the relational database.
